Who we are

Dryas Consulting Inc. is led by Justin Buller, who has worked in Nunavut since 2010 across government, Inuit organizations, and consulting roles. This experience includes work with all of Nunavut's Institutions of Public Government and travel to twenty-three of Nunavut's communities, and across a wide range of territorial priorities. We operate as a small, flexible consultancy, bringing in trusted expertise as needed, allowing for responsive, efficient service tailored to client needs.

Why Dryas?

Our approach is structured, flexible, and easily adjusted to the requirements of a given project. In achieving our clients goals, we rely on:

Deep Northern Experience

We have lived and worked in Nunavut for over a decade, with direct experience across government, Inuit organizations, and regulatory institutions. This provides a practical understanding of how systems work—and where they don’t.

Integrated Perspective

Our work spans policy, science, governance, and operations. We connect these elements to provide advice that is both technically sound and practically implementable.

Trusted in Complex Environments

We routinely work on high-profile, multi-party files requiring careful coordination, clear communication, and sound judgment.

Capacity-Focused Approach

A core objective of our work is to strengthen client capacity. We aim to leave organizations better equipped, reducing long-term reliance on external support.
